Terms of Service - Firefly Consulting

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a Coffee Talk session or any consulting service with Firefly Consulting International, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services
Our services are advisory in nature. Any information provided during sessions is intended to support your decision-making but does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment and Refunds
All sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled time. Payments are processed through Stripe. Sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for missed or canceled sessions are issued at our discretion.

5. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during consulting sessions as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, frameworks, or advice provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Firefly Consulting International and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Firefly Consulting International is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on our consulting services. You agree to use your own judgment and acknowledge that outcomes may vary.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
